Support through pregnancy

Low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, or a deep ache that showed up as your pregnancy progressed. Sciatica-like pain down your leg. A body that feels less stable than it used to. Pregnancy asks a lot of your body, and support through it doesn't have to wait until after delivery.

Why it happens. As your body changes to support your pregnancy, shifting posture, loosening ligaments, and a growing baby all place new demands on your low back, hips, and pelvic floor.

What we'll do together. Hands-on treatment and a home program appropriate for pregnancy, aimed at keeping you comfortable and moving well now, and preparing your body for birth and recovery.

A couple of quick questions.

"Jill has profoundly changed how I've been carrying my body and extra pregnancy load. In the beginning, I had pain so severe that I couldn't stand by the end of the day. With Jill's deep tissue massage and decompression exercises, I'm able to cope with pain and last so much further into the day. I feel like I have the tools now to stabilize my muscle pains and aches."- AM
