I’m an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist at Triumph Physical Therapy in Denver. My interest in this work started with playing sports in high school, a fascination with anatomy and physiology, and a desire to help people move more comfortably.

I completed my undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara and attended physical therapy school at West Coast University in Los Angeles. During a clinical rotation, I fell in love with Colorado’s mountains and have called Denver home ever since.

Today, I see patients one-on-one at my office at 1660 S Albion St, Suite 723. I specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy and love helping people understand symptoms they didn’t realize physical therapy could address. I look at how your whole body moves and functions, taking time to understand your individual needs and what you want to get back to.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me playing pickleball, hiking, or skiing!
